Beginning his journey by founding his insurance agency in 1996, Eric grew the agency to over 2500 policies before venturing into the mortgage and real estate brokerage domains. Eric’s vast expertise encompasses all aspects of real estate transactions, mortgage lending, and insurance services, making him a seasoned professional in the field.
In 2007, driven by his observations of recurring issues in real estate transactions and the lack of professional roofing services integrated with insurance knowledge and process efficiency, Eric founded Tri-Tex Roof Systems. Overcoming challenges such as securing quality and loyal labor crews, Eric successfully expanded the company’s reach in both residential and commercial roofing projects while maintaining a high standard of service.
